Irish Music Fest

Our good friends' neighbors hosted an Irish Music Fest at the Irish Heritage Center in our neighborhood. Peyton and Drew enjoyed going up and down the stairs, dancing to the music, and sampling the beer , I mean pacifiers.

Savannah!

Heidi, Leo, Kate, Drew and I went down to Savannah for the weekend to visit John, Karley, Anna, and Nora. We had such a wonderful time catching up and enjoying the warm weather. John was so helpful--he volunteered to watch the kids so we could all go out to The Pink House for a nice dinner.

First "Haircut"

Drew's tail was getting a little out of hand, so we decided it was time to chop it off. Needless to say, he was not too excited about having a sharp pair of scissors coming at him, so it took a lot of writhing, fighting, and whining, but I managed to get it off. Let's just say it's a good thing I didn't go into the beauty industry...

Getting Creative

Drew used one of his baby toys to make a seat! He did it all by himself. Too bad he's watching t.v.

Delays

I need to apologize for the lack of blogging over the last couple months. We've had a lot going on in our house lately: Drew started daycare, Grant lost his job, Drew got really sick, Grant got a new job, toilet overflowing, Drew teething, cleaning out our house for some future renovations...the list goes on and on. But, we are all alive and well (finally) and happy to be back.
